Frequency of Use
Because we are working with habits and internal patterns, regular small impulses are more beneficial than taking large amounts at once. Regularity matters more than quantity.
Use the salt five times a day:
- once in the morning
- once in the evening
- and three times during the day
Consistency supports the process more effectively than higher dosage.
Important Note
When the salt dissolves under your tongue, the stored inspiration is released.
Please do not prepare tinctures from the salt.
Water and other liquids retain only part of the imprint, which reduces the intended effect.
Always use the salt directly as grains.
